The two tier initiative will commence on September 17th with a window installation touch experience and continue on September 20th with a LED illumination multi-touch table at the Fashion Lounge. The technology in partnership with Site2Street, a company that offers the most innovative enhancement in advertising, is an addition to the weekly window installations throughout the month of September and the Fashion Lounge event. The digital window signage will invite consumers to interact and learn about the cutting edge brands dressing the mannequins. By touching on the film screens installed on the hotel window, passersby will be able to “flip” through a presentation of each brand featured and offering detailed information about the designer, their inspiration and collection images. The multi-touch table will allow editors, retailers and stylists to access a complete presentation of the designers, and download the entire event with the connection of a flash drive with the built-in USB, eliminating the need to carry designer look books around London Fashion Week.
